I had to pay attention, so I did it here, and only now do I realize that the appearance comes out prettier at a plastic surgery clinic than at an ENT clinic. I hope there are no problems at least functionally. The first surgery was done because my nose was crooked, and the second surgery was done because I had severe rhinitis. However, what I am afraid of is that in 10 years, the columella will come down again and become deformed. I would have just corrected the narrow nose during the first surgery... I regret it. If I could turn back time, I would.
