It's been 9 days.
Silicone - After the nasal septum support was removed, the columella got rolled up.
People who don't know originally thought that the nose was a rolled up nose, but it was stressful because the image was different from before.
Even after the contracture passed and the tip of the nose came down, the dried columella didn't come back. I thought I should just live with it and endured, but
my nose was also low. It spread, the columella collapsed, the tip of the nose lifted, and
it was a total mess, so I put the thread back in and reconstructed it with the dried columella and ear cartilage at the tip of the nose.
The advantage is the shape of the nose. The swelling between the eyebrows is still severe, but the overall shape has returned to normal and the spread has improved, so
just looking at the nose is much better than before. The downside is that, as you can see, there is a scab in the columella incision. The scars haven't healed yet and the nose looks long so I can't get used to it.
To put it in a positive way, the impression after the silica removal is youthful. To put it in a bad way, it became an easy prize and the treatment around me changed a lot.
So I think it's better to put in the effort and become more mature for my age, so I'm going to try to get used to it this time ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
The scar should heal well, but I'm worried.
I've had several surgeries, but after removing the stitches, I have an open wound. I'm anxious because this is the first time my skin hasn't healed.
