8 years ago, without knowing anything, I had surgery to insert silicone into the end of my ear cartilage after being told that doing it naturally would alleviate my nose tip concerns. At first it looked okay, but the bridge of my nose was too high, so when I asked about it, I was told that it would swell and go down. However, I was told that it was put in from the beginning to the end of the nose... After about 5-6 years, my nose felt sore sometimes, and in the 8th year, the silicone was slanted to one side and it was all visible on the bridge of my nose, which was shaped like silicone, and when I smiled, the tip of my nose got stuck and went in. I was also worried about removing the implant through a reoperation. The problem I had during the first surgery was that the cartilage at the tip of my nose was missing, the cartilage was slightly asymmetrical in length, and the cartilage at the bridge of my nose was thick. When I talked about this, I was told that I could use the septal cartilage, so I thought simply and went straight into surgery. However, when the nasal septum was made of silicone, the height of the nose was made 1.5 times higher. The swelling hasn't completely gone down yet, but it's not that much so I'm still having trouble sleeping. Can the nasal septum be removed early? Please advise
