Rhinoplasty 1 year and 6 months later

It's been 1 year and 6 months since I did it with real ear cartilage. It feels really quick But again, I insisted as naturally as possible, but I'm afraid of getting caught . I don't know if the dragon has appeared and I've been blind for the rest of my life, so I want to have surgery, and I put silicone in and then removed it from my intact nose, and it's like I'm joking around. I regret getting regular fillers . I don't want to be able to get the ideal plastic surgery ㅜㅜTT It's surprisingly difficult for my nose .
