I have a question about the second week of rhinoplasty. Please read carefully.

It's been exactly 2 weeks since I had the surgery with silicone nose bridge, septal cartilage nose tip. If there are any of you who are reading this and have knowledge of rhinoplasty since it's been a month, please leave a comment and reply ㅠㅠ I like the shape of my nose after the surgery, but there's a bulge inside my left nostril. They say scars usually appear 1-2 months after surgery, but is this just swelling? I barely had any swelling, and by the 3rd day, 80% of the swelling, except for the bruises, was gone~ But there's a bulge inside my left nostril ㅠ Is it a scar? Or is it just the swelling that usually occurs in the 2nd week? They say the right side is fine ㅠㅠ Please reply.
