(I think there are probably a lot of people like this...) It's not something that bothers me, but the jaw joint is asymmetric. If you have slight teeth but your nose is high, the asymmetry will become 100% worse, so think carefully before deciding on rhinoplasty. To be honest, I originally had a cute little nose, but after surgery, it didn't match the overall shape of my face, so I had to have it removed. To be honest, after that nose surgery, my acquaintances who don't see me often don't even know I had the surgery, so my nose was so weakened that I felt a lot of stress.
