I had nose bridge surgery a year ago. I looked into using autologous tissue and not using materials like silicone as much as possible. There was a surgical technique that involves grinding ear cartilage and wrapping it in the temporal fascia . I decided on it because it seemed natural and would have no side effects. The result was a disaster. This surgery. There is a lack of information on the technique, there are not many hospitals that do it, and I really regret choosing it because I was blindly fooled by the word autologous tissue. I only received consultations at two hospitals and decided on a hospital without paying any attention. There are no side effects, but there is a lot of fat on the nose and the tip of the nose is damaged. It's like a nose bridge. It's not natural, but it's unnatural. The hospital removed the breast fat, but it's filling up again. There's no way to do anything, so I'm just living with it. I want to take it out, but they say it's not easy to get it out because the ear cartilage and temporal fascia have settled in and are stuck to the bridge of my nose. I have no intention of touching my nose again. If I touch it again, I end up with a lot of scarring, the tip of my nose gets bigger, and I went through so much trouble during the nose surgery that I don't want to endure the pain anymore. I should have just put filler on the bridge of my nose instead of doing it in the first place. My nose was pretty before it was done. It was... I hope you all don't be fooled by autologous tissue and don't use the ear cartilage + temporal fascia surgical technique. I'm currently looking for a way to reduce the sternum at the tip of the nose.
