2 years after nose surgery

It's been almost two years since I had nose surgery. There's nothing wrong with it and I don't really care if I take it out when it doesn't look like a pig. I just wear glasses and sunglasses and dig my nose... haha. But sometimes, when it comes to nose surgery, nose surgery is the most dangerous of all plastic surgeries, so you have to have it removed after 10 years. Hearing what you say, I feel like something will go wrong with my nose in 10 years and I'm so worried. In this case, I think it would be better to get silicone removal surgery before it is too late... But I'm scared that if I remove it again, contractures will occur, and I'm very satisfied with my nose now, but I don't want to go back to my old nose... Doctor The doctor tells me not to worry, that I don't need to remove the silicone and that it will last for the rest of my life, but I think that's a lie. Sigh. Right now, I'm not sure what to do. I'll just live my life hoping that there won't be any side effects, and if there are side effects, then I'll have to have a second surgery. ㅠㅠㅠ
