When I had my first nose surgery

I didn't know when I first had nose surgery, but in rural areas you can't get plastic surgery anymore. It's difficult and the surgery is uncomfortable. Also, it's a completely different story. We talked about what we wanted, the tip of the nose, the bridge of the nose, etc., but after the surgery , the doctor said he only needed silicone and nasal septum and ear cartilage. I was told to talk to the person I had consulted with, but the person I had consulted with insisted that it was not, and I had a mad pore or a machine protruding from my nose, so I lived for 6 years without knowing it, and eventually decided to have the surgery again.  Anyway, I would like to inform you that in rural areas, if possible, it is extremely harmful. Please note that this is my personal opinion.
