Pain between eyebrows 3 weeks after rhinoplasty...

It's now 24 days since surgery... Is the silicone between the eyebrows starting point 3 days ago? I have pain on my left side (the right side is fine)..ㅜㅜ There's nothing wrong with it externally.. It just bothers me if I stay still. If I lightly press or touch it, it hurts a lot. I patted it with my finger and it felt like I was touching something. I can't feel the right side... and the swelling has gone down... I'm worried because it looks completely fine . I'm asking because I live in a rural area and can't afford to go to Seoul right away.
