I had surgery to tie the cartilage and raise the ear cartilage. My nose wasn't originally low, but I didn't want it to look spread out, so I decided not to do the bridge of my nose and just raise the ear cartilage by 2mm. But after doing that, the tip of my nose was so high that only the tip of my nose was sticking out. The swelling even got worse as it went down. I went to check on my progress for a month and they said it was because the cartilage in my nose had developed. They said it was not a good idea to have a second surgery right away and that they would only put filler in the areas that looked hollow and shadowy. I would rather live with this nose for half a year. I was worried about trying to keep my lines from fading, but I ended up getting that.. If it continues to look like this after half a year, they ask me to have a second surgery.. They said that usually the tip of my nose goes down (I only raised the ear cartilage without support.. I just hope so.) Yesterday, I said Pinocchio to someone I met for the first time. I heard it was the same... It really hurt. I don't think nose surgery is something to be taken lightly. Has anyone seen any improvement in the protruding tip of their nose? I wish the tip of my nose would go down ㅠㅠ
