Since I didn't have a protruding mouth at all, I had this noble surgery, so it looks like a lump. And I realized that my impression looked very different because of this... Moreover, my nose was originally wide, but when I put in the implant, it became wider. I heard that I could look like that if I had noble surgery, right? From what you can see, this is the so-called noble surgery, right? I can't understand why the doctor used this method just because the sides of the nose ball were damaged. Isn't there a way to inject fat into the damaged area? I'm going crazy because I had noble surgery and my mouth looks too full. Will there be any problem if I just take it out?
