This is my first surgery after putting it off for a really long time. Yesterday, Friday, July 21st.. ^^ They just trimmed the slightly protruding part of the bridge of my nose and used septal cartilage to make the tip of my nose. I also had surgery to weaken the strength of the subnasal muscle that holds down the tip of my nose when I smile, inside my nose. (Some hospitals make the incision inside the mouth.) As I wrote in my last consultation review, after visiting quite a few hospitals, many of them said they would trim my slightly protruding bridge and even do an osteotomy, so I was prepared to get an osteotomy, but it seemed like it would take a long time to see the results, and also, the doctor said that I wouldn't get much out of it for all the trouble, so I agreed and went to a place that suggested a relatively simple(?) surgery method. I was put under general anesthesia, went into the operating room at 2:00, and came out a little after 4:00. It was around 3:30 that I came to my senses, coming out of the 4th dimensional world where I was so dizzy. After a 30-minute cold compress in the recovery room and even eating a cake for free. I was so touched by the kindness of the nurse who gave me and my friends three pieces~! ^^ I feel like I'm going to live after having the cotton balls pulled out in my nose all night. My throat is so dry because I have to breathe through my mouth, it feels like I can barely sleep. ㅠ.ㅠ I still need to wait and see how it all turns out until it reaches its final shape, but for now, I'm satisfied. My biggest complaint was the drooping tip of my nose, but that part seems to have improved the most, and I like the shape of my nose tip. I don't know how it will change as time goes by. I wonder if it will change a lot from its original shape as time goes by... ㅡㅡ;; Oh, and maybe because they worked hard to stop the bleeding, I didn't get a single bruise that I was worried about. The swelling between my eyebrows is a bit worse than yesterday, though.. ^^;; (I think it would be helpful if you tried hard to stop the bleeding as the hospital instructed, even if it was annoying. Especially for those who want to see the progress quickly.. ^^) Thanks to the members of Seongye Sa, I think I was able to go smoothly from choosing the hospital to the surgery without any major problems, so I'm uploading some photos as a way to show my gratitude. However, these are very early photos, so I'll take them down soon. ^^;;
