I had rhinoplasty on March 10th.I asked them to make it so that my nose wouldn't be too noisy naturally.But the tip of the nose is raised very high because of the straight line.My face is also very swollen.The hospital said that it will go down if you take out the cotton and put a splint on it.Should I come down?
