Swelling of the bridge of the nose after nose surgery

I had the stitches removed on the 5th day after using autologous cartilage transplantation on the tip of the nose and fat grafting on the bridge of the nose. Surprisingly, there was no swelling on the bridge of the nose, so I am satisfied, but the bridge of the nose has grown larger than its original size, which is normal. I said I would wait and see for about a month, but I am worried that it will still be the same. If anyone has the same experience as me, please share it with me.
