It's been 4 years since I had surgery for a 2mm silicone septum, but
recently my nose has been throbbing and hurting for no reason.
The plastic surgeon said it's not inflammation
and there's nothing wrong. The ENT doctor said there's nothing wrong other than rhinitis symptoms. Even if I press my nose, it doesn't hurt. .... It's not swollen... It's not red, and the bridge of my nose just keeps throbbing and feels like it's pulling... ㅜㅜ
I don't know why it's like this... Sigh... Anyway, after looking into it, I'm suspicious. What happens is chronic inflammation or contractures are about to start?????? It seems like
the silicone needs to be removed in either case... But
isn't it strange that
after removing the silicone, only the nasal septum remains and only the tip of the nose is big????????? ㅜㅜ
In my case, I have almost no nose bridge at all.. I had a completely flat nose, but 2mm of silicone was put in.. and now it's just a little low.. ㅠㅠ
And my nose was originally small, but I was dissatisfied because it seemed to have gotten a little bigger after the nose surgery. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ ㅠㅠㅠ I wanted to have a small and sharp nose... Not even my boyfriend or close friends know that I had nose surgery... I had it done before I entered college...
and it turned out so naturally... ㅜ
So I'm so worried that everyone will recognize me if I take out the silicone... ...Ugh ㅜㅜ Is it possible that my boyfriend won't recognize me? ㅠ
Is there anyone like me who has a throbbing and stuffy nose without any other symptoms??
Also, when removing the silicone, is it possible to trim the nasal septum a little smaller so that the nose becomes a little smaller without making it awkward?
I am attaching a photo ㅠㅠ
