I originally had a nose with wide nose bones and a wide nose, and my nose was a bit short, so I had a nose that showed nostrils. So, in September 2008, I had the first surgery with rhinoplasty, but the tip of the nose gradually drooped, so the side line was not very pretty, so I had another surgery in July 2009. The height of the forehead, the height of the tip of the nose, etc. The side line was well captured, and the front was still wide because I did not cut my bones (because I was afraid of cutting bones). However, as time went on, the ear cartilage used at that time began to sag more and more, and in September 2001, the third revision operation was performed. First of all, I did it three times at a different hospital. I didn't go back when something went wrong, I didn't want to see the doctor, and I couldn't even think of a refund; A little bit back...? The third reoperation was performed at a nose reconstruction specialist hospital. If my nose is wrong now, the silicone can tear the skin on the bridge of the nose and come out. So first of all, I like the height so much, I asked him to keep the height as it is and repair only the osteotomy and the tip of the nose. I don't like artificial noses and I don't like pointed noses, so I consulted in detail about the shape of the nose I wanted. However. after surgery. I became a complete monster. First of all, it is swelling right after the operation, so the forehead is too high... I was so afraid. I was afraid of every day the swelling went down. And the moment I took the splint off and looked at my nose, I knew something was wrong, my nostrils were pierced, and my forehead and bridge of my nose were too high. However, the director said that because the osteotomy is swollen, the height of the two sides is different, so it looks transparent... and he told me to wait. I waited. But day by day, the nose is getting more pierced, the nose is getting longer, and the swelling between the brows doesn't go away. At that time, I used silitex and the dermis of the tip of the nose.... The tip of the nose is drooping like a devil grandmother day by day. In the end, he admitted it and was put back on the operating table 12 days later. The tip of the nose can be raised quickly, so let's start with the curved one. So, I twisted her nasal septum cartilage and the bridge of the nose with a thread on the opposite side of the curve of the bridge of the nose. So she sewed a thread to her nose and lived for a few days, then removed the thread, and the septum was bent, and now she is suffering from a stuffy nose. After living like that, my nose was too long and drooping and I didn’t think that I would fall out of what I said about swelling between the forehead, so I looked around like an avatar, it didn’t seem like the forehead was swollen, it was strange. So... the 5th revision surgery. I said don't put silicone at all, don't raise it, and he said yes. Also, I shortened my nose and decided to cut it a bit more because my nose was still a bit curved. It was really stressful and I felt like I was going crazy. I felt like I was going to get really mentally ill because I had to lie down 3 times with a director. I finally had the surgery and that was in December 2011. Right after the surgery, I felt like there was something in my nose, so I said that I didn't remove the silicone, so I put it in very thinly, but because my forehead was convex, I had no choice but to fit it. I firmly believed in the saying that it was as thin as a sheet of paper and went to the hospital diligently waiting for the swelling to subside. But since the bend was fixed, it still looks like it's bent, so what you're saying now is that you're asymmetrical. And the length of the nose has been shortened, but the forehead is still high no matter how much time passes. But I firmly believed it. It will fall, it will fall... It's been over a year. It's the same height as the swelling that fell in 2 weeks at that time . It 's still an avatar. And since the tip of the nose is completely lowered, the space between the silitex and the ear cartilage, which is inserted up to the bridge of the nose, is completely cut off and the shadows are created. This is apparently the biggest problem. In a cold place, my skin is wrinkled, which makes it worse... Actually, I'm very stressed, but I didn't want to lie down again and I was afraid, so I turned away because of the stress I feel when I look in the mirror . I was contacted by heart. He showed me a picture of the nose and it seems like a side effect, but what happened? The height of the forehead, the tip of the nose, and the twisted nose. These three are the problems in appearance.... I still have breasts in my nose and my nasal septum cartilage is curved, so I always have a stuffy nose. . Even in the summer.... First of all, the signs are just visible on the outside and in the photos, so they were bewildered and told me to come to the earthquake-proof as soon as possible. However, since I am in a rural area, I cannot go quickly, so I asked over the phone. I've done it three times, now does this make sense? I have a lot of functional problems, so I'm going to a big hospital. Please tell me in detail how you did the surgery, what materials you used, and how you did it. I said... Ha ... My... On the forehead... On my nose bridge... They said that they put a large one on the gel tip and replaced it with a smaller one during the reoperation. I asked how many millimeters it was, so the small one was 4.5mm.... No, then how many millimeters the bigger one was.... I shouted out that my nose has a 4.5mm right now and no, I designed it and cut it. Hmm... about 4mm...? He blurted out the end of his words ..... Ha... It's because I have a wide nose. But since I put 4mm in it--..Avatar...... And he used ear cartilage on the tip of his nose and wrote Medipore as a support on his nose. It's all nonsense and written. without a word of explanation. I'm still uncomfortable because I used that hard Medipore..... Ah.. Anyway, I went to a big hospital and got a checkup and called again, so I went to another hospital for a checkup. He said it all the time. And how can I raise the eyebrows this much.. I don't have a lot of aesthetic sense... So when I looked it up ... I wasn't a plastic surgeon... It was so shocking. I had nose surgery by a thoracic surgeon. I was really stupid. Are you really mad at me? Her mother's advice to take a closer look is so touching and I think I'm going crazy about worrying that her nose will be tattered. For the first time in living on the phone with that hospital, her mother and her road ran wild and angry, and in the end, she gave me a refund and said that they would remove it myself, and she said I would just remove it elsewhere and decided to get a refund. Silitex is easy to remove and what to do with it, I suddenly said today that it is difficult to remove silitex even in a large hospital, so the director says that he wants to remove it himself... Is this what you mean ... Still, I've read a lot of articles here, but should I thank you for giving me a refund......-_- Anyway, I didn't want to leave it there again because there was no trust, so I decided to go through the refund procedure, and I decided to have it removed at a big hospital. Many hospitals say they can't do it, so it's hopeless... And I'm afraid of contracting it, but now I'm thinking of getting rid of it in the belief that it'll be better than my nose. And I'll never touch my nose again. I'm not going to put foreign objects in it again.... I don't know anything else, but people around me who say my nose will wrap up and dry them.... It seems like you shouldn't touch your nose unless it's really deformed. I feel it horribly. I will remove it and leave a review. However, I am a bit of a special case and difficult case, so the doctors at the hospital asked me to get a good day, so I have to have surgery in mid-February... Phew. At that time, during counseling, I heard those words and cried... I will believe those words and do my best to make up my mind and finally lie down on the operating table. I want everyone to think carefully about nose surgery. And I wish you all the best of luck! Don't worry about the build, so I'm enjoying it!
