Do you have it in your nostrils?

I found it while looking in the mirror now~ It's been over a month since I had the surgery.. The right side of the inside of the nostril is round and wide and normal. It seems that the nasal septum on the left side is also a little convex . Is this swollen?? is it a chest??? What if the left nostril can't breathe? There is nothing stuffy about breathing if you just have it... If you have scars, do you give injections to the inside of your nostrils as well?? Ah~ It's a stress explosion when you tinker with your nose.
