Inflammation in the nose...

Hello , it's been exactly one month since I had an open osteotomy with ear cartilage. Two days ago, I had pain in the front of my nose. To the extent that you can't even touch it if you touch it for disinfection; And a little bit of blood comes out. I was surprised and came to the hospital today. They said that the melting thread didn't melt, so it seemed like it was stabbed and exposed. I was given a local anesthetic and cut open to see if it was pus or blood.. Then I was injected with antibiotics and got medicine. I did.. I cried because I was in so much pain when I woke up, but I also want to cry and it's hard.. Has anyone else been like this?
