Itchy nose for a month and a half

It's been about a month and two since I had the septum surgery , but the inside of my nose still stings once in a while! It 's fine when I'm out of my mind, but if I don't do anything and pay attention to my nose, I feel a bit tickled from the forehead to the bridge of my nose. I don't know if it's itchy or anything like that.. Is there anyone like me who has epilepsy? I think Kohanani is really very sensitive.. ㅠㅠ Could you please give me an answer?
