Has anyone received a refund after nose surgery? Please help me

I had nose surgery in December of last year, but I did n't like it so much, so I decided to have another surgery. My nose, which used to be a complex, has become more complex. I endured it for over 6 months really hard, and it was only in July that I was told that I would have a reoperation, so I kept waiting. He kept procrastinating the schedule, and now he said he would do it in August. It's also uncertain . I don't like what the hospital says, and I 'm not sorry, it's the hospital schedule . It's a waste of money and every time I look in the mirror my heart hurts so please help
