The real question is, is it possible to get a foreign body sensation in the nose or sagging skin only at night?

I had nose surgery septum + silicone (not L-ja), cartilage tying and nasal septum padding, and it's been 5 years. Since about three months ago, I've been feeling sick from the feeling of something being picked up in my nose. (Sedative + sleep inducer) I eat it, but it's okay if I take it, I take this medicine before going to bed, but only when I use the computer before going to bed, does the feeling of my nose go up because of the skin? This kind of feeling....... Can this be??? I'm really worried about whether I need to have revision surgery or removal because of the shape...
