It's been 3 days since I removed the silicone.

I left the ear cartilage tied up at the tip of the nose and removed only the silicone. It has been 1 year and 6 months since I had rhinoplasty. The nose was swollen and grunting due to the inflammatory reaction, so I only removed the silicone. I removed only the silicone through the mucous membrane of the nose without tying it. Today, I took the tape and gauze out of the nostrils, but there is not much swelling . I have a nice nose right now, but I hope it goes like this... Tell me to come to the hospital on Wednesday of the next week, let's see the progress
