It's been two years since I've read and posted a lot here. I'm leaving a review for those who are worried that I did something wrong . I've had rhinoplasty three times. Of course, it's not because I did something wrong. The first surgery was a real cauldron of worry. I started wondering if I had chosen the right hospital, and when I looked in the mirror that evening after the surgery, I was shaking. I was like , "What on earth did I do ?" Even though I'm a man, I was so excited and made a fuss. Still, the swelling gradually went down and I found stability, and since other people said they did a good job getting their noses done, I felt really good about myself. However, I was satisfied with the surgery with dermis and ear cartilage, but I always wished that the tip of my nose was a little bigger . So I got my nose done again after a year and six months. The doctor preferred a nose with a high tip and bridge, so he said it was okay, but I wanted a nose with a high tip and a slightly sunken forehead like foreign models . After my second surgery (I had both closed), I originally had uneven nostrils, but the tip of my nose was turned up a lot, so it was really noticeable and it was really bothersome. It was even worse because it was slightly upturned due to the swelling . My columella also seemed crooked.. The doctor showed me my pre-surgery photos and told me not to worry because most people have uneven nostrils and most people have asymmetrical nostrils. People around me also said they didn't notice until I told them, but I was really worried. So I had the open surgery 6 days after my second surgery . The evening after the surgery, when I looked in the mirror, one of my nostrils was really enlarged, and there was a stitch on the columella incision, which was really gross. I was depressed and wondered what I had done. I seriously considered getting my nostrils incised, and my body was really hurting. My nose seemed really upturned.. I was really frustrated. But the problem is, my nose was upturned and my nostrils were enlarged and swollen during my first and second surgeries , and I was worried because of that. Even though it was my third time , I was completely anxious like a first-timer because of the same experience. Instead of waiting for the swelling to go down because it was like that before, I wanted to turn back time because I was so anxious like I did my first time . Today is the third day since my third open surgery. The swelling is going down day by day, and my nose tip, which was upturned, has come down a bit, so it looks good. The open scar that was so ugly with black rice is not visible anymore after the stitches were removed. It really looks like a scar. I thought I should diligently apply scar ointment, but I'm worried that I'll get lazy. It was the same with my first and second surgeries, but I felt relieved when my nose tip came down and the swelling went down a bit during my third surgery. Now, I like it and my nose tip is exactly the height I wanted, so I'm satisfied. Everyone said that I did a good job redoing my nose tip, so I'm a little relieved. Whether it's my first, second, or third time, my worries are really the same. Since the first time went well, there is no such thing as feeling relieved or anything like that during the second surgery . Even the doctor who did well the first and second times did not trust me even after the third surgery. That is how worried I am. If the swelling goes down well this time (mine goes down quickly), I will never get plastic surgery again. I am satisfied, but I know how much worrying there is and how difficult it is. I am writing this while worrying, and you are also worrying while writing... I think it is best not to think about your nose until the swelling goes down . It is a second surgery, and the swelling is the same as the last time, but the stress after plastic surgery is serious enough to worry that something is strange , but I think it is good for preventing inflammation to forget about it by doing other activities as much as possible . I thought I would go crazy after the third surgery, so I (Why did I do it.. I wanted to turn back time..) I watched a series of American dramas lying down all day. While doing ice packs. And on the third day.. the swelling went down a bit and the shape of my nostrils and my pig nose that was upturned seemed to have returned to normal. The first and second ones both returned to normal quickly and the residual swelling went down, and it’s still the same now. Many people have sent me messages and I know that they have the same concerns as me . I also had a nose job at Sungyesa and studied what happens after the surgery and how long it takes for the swelling to go down, to the point where I could attend a conference, but I was worried, and even if my nose stung once a day, I thought it was inflammation and went to Sungyesa. But it was a needless worry. Of course, if your nose turns red and swells or hurts, it’s inflammation so you should go to the hospital, but.. like many of the surgery reviews here, the first day of the surgery, the tip of your nose is upturned a bit, or your nostrils are bigger or smaller, etc.. Most of these are needless worries. So everyone... Of course you're worried, but take it easy and watch the dramas and movies that you've been putting off like me to avoid getting stressed out as much as possible. And think positively that the results will be good in a month . I don't know about other things, but if your nose is a little upturned or your nostrils are really big after the surgery ... Just wait a week without worry. You'll see some recovery in a week, and you'll see how well it'll recover in about two weeks. There are so many sad posts here... posts saying things were wrong... posts saying things were removed... The reason there are so many of these posts is because if things go well, you won't come here. I didn't come here for about a year and six months after my first surgery. I came here when I was about to have my second surgery. It's the same for others. If things go well, you won't come here later. That's why there are more posts saying things got worse. So don't be too anxious and just relax. Since I went well , I think I won't come here for a while once the swelling goes down . And, for those of you who read this before getting surgery... Don't choose a hospital based on cheapness or popularity. No matter how much time you have , even if you have to postpone your rhinoplasty, go to all the hospitals you can, and then get the surgery done after sufficient consultation with a hospital and method that you are confident in . I've been to over 50 places, and every time I had rhinoplasty , I consulted, discussed, and had the surgery 3-4 times to the point where the doctor was annoyed, but after getting it done, I was so anxious that I stamped my feet. I hope you find a hospital that's right for you. Then, everyone, have a pretty nose!!^^
