My nose is stuffy because the cartilage at the tip of the nose is tied.

I don't want to look over the stuffy nose.. it seems like it's going to turn.. maybe.. can the tie be loosened slowly after a while?? I think I've seen it come loose somewhere.. Please, if it loosens up even slowly.. ㅠㅠ There's no flesh on my nose, so I shouldn't tie it up.. I want to kill his doctor.. ㅠㅠ Only my poor nose. .,I just want to spread it wide ㅠㅠ;; My nose hurts. Is there anyone who has slowly tied it up or loosened it?? Please I want it to come loose too.. I just keep spreading it out.. It feels like only my nostrils are getting bigger ㅠㅠ
