The cartilage in my nose hurts..ㅠㅠ

I had my nose set up with Silly and a septum, but after getting hit in the nose by my younger brother, the cartilage right behind the columella was suddenly sore and sore that I felt like I was dying. So I went to the hospital and had surgery to remove my septum, but it doesn't even look like my septum was removed. My nostrils are the same length and it hurts. It's still the same and it's really driving me crazy... The shape hasn't changed. I'm afraid that if I keep enduring this, my nose will collapse as I get older. This is already my 4th surgery.. ㅠㅠ Every time I had surgery, my septum was damaged. I don't think I have any septum left. ㅜㅜㅜ Should I go to a university hospital and get a CT scan...
