I had septum extension surgery during septal deviation surgery and had it removed 14 days later... but I don't think the doctor removed it completely.

It was my second surgery. The first surgery was to slightly raise the tip of his nose while performing a deviated septum surgery, and he had it done at a plastic surgeon. The doctor probably raised my nose slightly by manipulating the nasal tip cartilage . However, due to the surgery, the left and right nostrils were uneven, and the volume of the bridge and tip of the nose was reduced on only one side. On the left. However, only the left nostril was visible. Even though I was worried, I just lived. But it turns out that the nasal septum was not touched at all during the first surgery. Anyway, after living like that for 7 years, I thought it was too hard to breathe due to a deviated septum, so I had surgery at an ENT clinic, and over the past 7 years, my nostrils have become more and more clearly visible, so I ordered the tip of my nose to be lowered. I like my nose to be just slightly as wide as it was before the surgery. But ... After the surgery, my nose was like a stick, so I had it removed at another plastic surgeon 14 days later. Unintentionally, that plastic surgeon was close with a professor at the university hospital where I had the surgery. When I came to ask for it to be removed, at first they just sent it back, but then they called again in the evening asking for it to be removed tomorrow, so I had the surgery 5 days ago. Of course, the tip of my nose came back to how it used to be, so I thought, "Oh, that's a good thing," but I thought it was because I was taping it and the stitches hadn't been taken out yet, but today's taping was so tattered that I just ripped it off a little and it came apart. So I touched it little by little. Unlike my doctor, who ordered a complete removal, it doesn't seem like the doctor completely removed the cartilage on the tip of my right nose, which was normal due to the volume on the left... Will it really feel like this when it's removed? It feels like there's still something inside, like a stone, and numb. It felt like there was something extra inside. The shape and angle were opened twice in two weeks and I even had septum deviated surgery. I tried to live happily after the removal surgery, thinking how horrible it would be... In fact, even after the removal surgery, the amount of cartilage was not enough. So, I was suspicious and asked questions, but the doctor didn't really mean anything, so I thought it was just that... I'm going to the hospital on Tuesday to have the stitches removed... How should I ask... Really. It doesn't look like it was completely removed. Still, I can confidently say that I completely removed it, but what should I say.. ㅠㅠㅠ
