Did all the people with contractures after removal have inflammation?

This is the third year of surgery. I did it with sili + ear cartilage, but only silli will be removed. There was no inflammation, and the doctor said there would be no contracture, but the doctors said that I did not trust them...;; People who have contracture after removal thought it was due to inflammation, but I guess that's also not the case ? Is there anyone who has contracture even though there is no inflammation?
