One month after nose surgery..Inflammation treatment and contracture

It's been a month since my nose surgery, but on the 2nd day, I got an inflammation from drinking alcohol, so I went to the hospital yesterday, but the inflammation is no longer there . I'm very thirsty and hard, so I'm not sure if it's built up.. I'm told it's the process of getting my nose done. At the hospital... But it looks shorter than the first time, will it come down again??

I think the inflammation was severe or it would come down.. I didn't have any particular inflammation, but looking at the pictures I took for a month after surgery, there are many pictures of my nose getting shorter. The wound seems to heal while doing it.. Don't worry too much and watch it for up to a month.. Don't drink alcohol and keep your nose warm.
