10th day of nose surgery...

It feels like my nose is full of foreign substances, I can't smell well, and it feels like it's full of boogers and other foreign substances. When will it get better? ㅠㅠ And the day after the stitches were removed (the 7th day), my nose bleed 2-3 drops, and after I wiped it, it was quiet, but that day. At night, I saw that my right nose was full of blood. Is that okay? The swelling is going down well. I'm feeling much better, but it hurts a bit in the morning. Is this normal? I'm worried about the blood scab. Does it come from the stitches inside my nose?
