Why does my nose itch so much after rhinoplasty?

After the nose surgery, I feel like the skin on my nose has become more sensitive. I also get pimples a lot. Also, my nose is really itchy... My skin is itchy, and I keep getting the feeling that something is itchy inside my nose. After the nose surgery, whenever I touch my nose, When I wash my face, it's time to apply lotion... I don't remember ever feeling comfortable touching my nose after surgery. Does my skin become sensitive after surgery? I don't usually touch it, but it tickles so much.
