Acne only on nose after correction of crooked nose..

It's been almost two months since I had my crooked nose corrected , but the bridge of my nose is still blunt... I wonder if there may still be swelling, but it feels soft when I touch it... And I'm not prone to acne , but I still have a few pimples on my nose after the surgery... I'm really crazy about whether this is a side effect of the surgery... And my nose is still a little crooked, and I put autologous cartilage in the tip of the nose, but it hasn't changed at all. It's rather blunt and there's nothing I like about it... What should I do about the reoperation... Ah.
