My nose changes every day...-_-;

Is it the process of the swelling of the nose disappearing, or the nose is lumpy and then it gets better and then it gets better.. Is my nose crazy,,,,,-_-;; Guess when did the ear cartilage come down from the tip of the nose? I'm worried that my nose will sting if I go down any further; I've been using it for about 2 months now, so I can guess the nasal septum roughly; How long does it take for the ear cartilage to reach the tip of the nose?
