The yawn that keeps coming out even when I try to hold back..ㅡ,.ㅡ

I'm on the 20th... especially late at night... I'm yawning...;; It's only been a few days since my surgery , so it's been like that even when I 'm wearing a bandage ... If I yawn once, my nostrils get bigger... I also open my mouth wide... Every time I try to yawn for fear that my nose will look weird, I bite my molars tightly or pinch my thighs... It just hurts and I end up yawning....... ㅜㅜ It's a bit embarrassing... .Have any of you experienced something like me? When you yawn, your nostrils get bigger... Really crazy... ㅜㅜ
