Is there anything I shouldn’t do or eat after rhinoplasty? Please help.

I had rhinoplasty and forehead scar removal yesterday. When can I start using cold compresses after rhinoplasty? ㅠ I actually had a lot of worries right now because my nose job was done in a haphazard way. That's right, , ,,,, ㅠ They said my nose would bleed for about a day, but it really keeps bleeding. It's hard to breathe. When I wake up, my face is swollen. I don't normally smoke, but after how long should I drink alcohol? (As usual..) ㅇㅏ,, Can’t I eat meat or something like that again?? I ate charcoal grilled ribs before that surgery-_-;; I had surgery 2 hours later, ahahaha;;;;;; If there is anything else to watch out for, could you please leave a comment? please. (--)(__)
