The thickness of the forehead is too thick . . . . . . . . . . . .

At first, I was really excited that I had nose surgery, but after doing that, my forehead became so high that I had surgery on a really artificial face. It 's been a month and my forehead is thicker than my nose; Still Avatar ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; When exposed to light, the forehead is thicker than the bridge of the nose, so highlighting it creates a thicker line . Is this still swelling?? And is pumpkin juice really good for swelling ?
