Question -ㅠ There's cotton in my nose.ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Today is exactly the 5th day, but I had rhinoplasty by cutting the bone next to the bridge of my nose and removing my septum and ear cartilage? But other people usually take out the cotton after 3~5 days and remove the stitches after a week, but I can't live because of this cotton. ㅠㅠ I can't sleep all night and it's hard to breathe through my mouth ㅠㅠ My friend said he took out the cotton in one day, but is this okay even if I take out the cotton? ㅠㅠ Has anyone had it removed before? ㅠ _ㅠ
