Nose surgery and study abroad

I think I'm going to study abroad as an exchange student.. It's only been 3 weeks and 3 days since I've had a nosebleed, and I'm still getting bruises really late, so I have a slight purplish bruise on the back of my nose. And the tip of my nose was really something yesterday. I feel itchy too ㅜㅜ It's really like my nose.. The keratin is no joke... I'm probably going to go in early March, but can I go after nose surgery? When you get on an airplane, gravity or something -,- won't it be hindered? Those of you with experience, please comment.
