There are bruises under the eyes that go all the way to the bottom of the chin. The swelling is also going down a lot except for the glabella and the nostrils. But... the most frustrating thing is the nose. I still can't breathe. Others say that they breathe through their nose after 5-7 days . My mucous membranes are so swollen that the healing process is too difficult. Every time that happens, the director is really kind and sincere, so I'm holding on. (Actually, my face tends to swell easily.) I wonder how long the stuffy nose will last. It was performed in parallel with the noble operation, but after reading the article, it was said that the philtrum became longer . If I open my lips upside down like it's not my philtrum, there's a dark bruise, but when the bruise and swelling subside, the philtrum returns to its original state. Shall I come back? Also, the tip of the nose was slightly raised, but I just used the cartilage that was in my nose (I asked the director if he was using ear cartilage , and he said that I have a big nose and don't have enough cartilage, so I didn't use the cartilage in my nose to reduce the nose level separately. (Is this nasal septum surgery??) But what should I do with my nose...should I do it ?It's worse when I go out without a mask in the cold . .....Occasionally it tingles a little bit... Is there a problem...?? I 'm really satisfied with the shape of my nose overall. I didn't do it, but people around me say my nose is pretty.
