It's been 4 days since my nose surgery. Fear of local anesthesia

There were no other inconveniences... I was surprised at how much it hurt when local anesthesia was administered to my nose... Does anyone know the horrors of local anesthesia? ㅠㅠ And I wiped my face with wet gauze that the hospital gave me to apply to the ice pack. Still, I feel very uncomfortable because I can’t wash my face with soap. I finished the second disinfection today. It's so low that I don't think kids will ask. Still, it's better than not doing anything, right... I'm going to have all the stitches removed next week , but I'm already scared because it hurts to have the stitches removed... It hurts to have the stitches removed... It really hurt so much when I was under local anesthesia haha. I'll have the stitches removed next week, and I'll go to the dermatologist the day after. I'm going to go lol
