Nose surgery 3 weeks ㅡㅜ I'm depressed, please help.. My nose looks bulky and blunt.

I raised the tip of my nose, and I touched my nostrils too~ But it's still very blunt. All my younger sisters say it's better before surgery.... They say it's a bulbous nose... I don't know if I should fall out a lot in 3 weeks ... I'm very depressed. Will it be like this even if it 's been a month.... ㅠ And, strangely, the middle of my nose is so swollen that my nose looks like a jar . The middle of the bridge of my nose is more convex than between the forehead and the cheeks . When I look at it ㅠㅠ I can only see the nose... I want to get it all out now, please help me ㅠ
