It's been a week since I had nose surgery. Originally, my nose tip wasn't a buccal nose, I just had a normal nose tip, but after surgery, the tip of my nose is round and looks like a bulbous nose. I had surgery to tie the tip of the nose and add ear cartilage. Is this swelling TT or is she going the way it is ㅜㅜ Her forehead is still fat, but her nose bridge is missing a lot.. Does the original forehead and the tip of her nose fall out late?
