Does the tip of your nose go down when the swelling subsides?

I had surgery on Wednesday, so I'm packing things up now. So I don't know if the surgery went well. You can only see the tip of the nose, the middle is straight up; Originally, the nose was long and the middle was short, but I've never seen it go up straight without a curve like this; Should I say it's the middle part? I feel like I'm stuck in that part. ;) I wanted the style I wanted to have a straight nose and a lot of the tip of the nose, but the doctor Sam said that my nose did not come down much though I tried; So far it's just fine, does this nose tip come down a bit when the swelling subsides? In an ideal state, it's a beoson nose that shows both nostrils perfectly; --; ah....
