The bridge of your nose is weird~~

How long will the nose shape change? I think my nose was just like this for the first 1-2 weeks when I had some swelling. It's been about 40 days since the surgery. My nose keeps getting sharper, so I'm trying to eat and sleep at night to keep my face from getting fat. But from the beginning of the bridge between the eyebrows to the bridge of my nose. The shape gradually changes up to the middle, and when you touch it, there is a slightly indented part. If you look in a mirror or take a picture, you can see the indented part. If you ask other people, they say they don't know. Will it continue to change in the future?? Or was the surgery wrong?? Please teach me~ I'm dying from worry~~
