[Low Nose] My thoughts after seeing the rhinoplasty

This is a review after seeing someone get rhinoplasty. I can't go into detail, but from a third party's perspective, I think it was a success. In my opinion, if your face is shorter vertically than horizontally, getting the nose higher might be a good idea. If your face is long on the other hand, getting it higher might look unnatural... (That's why I'm thinking of just getting the tip of my nose sagging and the sides of my nose reduced... since my face is on the long side ;;ㅎㅎ) The nose is definitely the center, so if you just have the nose, your face will look a lot prettier. So where on earth should I get the eyes, nose, and mouth shaping done? If I only want to do one, I think just getting the nose is an option.
