I did it with no prosthesis and the materials used were ear cartilage,
septum, and retroauricular fascia . I used retroauricular fascia while slightly trimming the bridge of my nose that was visible before the surgery,
and I used the nasal septum and ear cartilage to shape my nose and the tip of my nose.
It's been three months now and my nose tip is really holding up well.
To be honest, after the nose surgery, from the first month to the third month,
the swelling completely went down and my nose got lower and
lower. I had been thinking to myself since the first month that it shouldn't get any lower.
Fortunately? In the case of the tip of my nose, there was no sagging or anything like that.
I wanted a straight line between natural and natural, so I wondered if it was a bit greedy to do it with no prosthesis,
but I think it turned out the way I wanted after the surgery.
It's been three months and I'm happy because my nose tip is straight
. I like looking in the mirror and putting on makeup even though my nose changed.
I used to have complexes, but
if you do it safely so that it doesn't show, you don't have much to worry about
. I used to be like that too...
