A year ago, I had my nose tip done with ear cartilage, but it sagged, so I had surgery with my own rib cage today and when I took a look, my nose tip is so upturned that I can't breathe right now.. I wanted a straight nose with a right angle, so when I talked to them, they said that it's natural and that they would just remove the cotton wool because of the swelling and it would go down after a while, but I'm worried if my own rib cage will go down well. I'll upload a picture before surgery. The picture was taken on the day of surgery, and it looks like my nose is upturned and my cheeks are about to fall off. What do you think..?
