I've always wanted to get a nose job, but I've been really worried about it because of my aversion to implants.
I wondered if I could get a non-implant nose job, so I visited many hospitals, but
most of them recommended using autologous ribs when I told them I was thinking about a non-implant nose job, or
if autologous ribs were burdensome, using implants.
To be honest, I did consider autologous ribs, but autologous ribs had some risks,
and most of the hospitals I visited recommended a higher and more extravagant nose than the design I wanted, so I
was hesitant because I thought the surgery would result in an excessive nose shape that didn't suit my face.
I thought I'd just have to live like this for the rest of my life. Then, a friend recommended Wilby, telling me to go there. I
wasn't really interested, so I just looked around the hospital for a few days and thought about it, but my friend found it for me, so I went to get a consultation.
I didn't expect them to recommend implants like other hospitals, but surprisingly, the director said that non-implant nose job was possible. However, they said that they
would not raise the bridge of the nose, but would instead raise the nose. The doctor suggested that only the tip be used to raise the ear cartilage, and it was a little disappointing that the bridge of the nose couldn't be raised, but
the director said that a pretty nose would come out just with the tip of the nose.
The nose shape that the director designed was exactly the kind of natural nose that I wanted, so I decided to get the surgery.
I was a little worried that it would look
weird if only the tip of the nose was done, but the director additionally recommended that if I wanted a natural nose line instead of doing the bridge of the nose, how about getting forehead fat grafting
? Since I was already concerned about my sunken forehead, I decided to get the forehead and nose together.
When I first consulted, I wondered if the surgery would go well and what to do if it was weird, but
as I consulted with the director, he seemed confident in the surgery, and I liked the nose shape that the director designed so much that I went ahead and got the surgery with a heart that wanted to die or go crazyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It's
been a little over a month since I got the nose surgery, but the swelling is minimal, and the line from the forehead to the tip of the nose is a work of art.
I'm very satisfied. ㅎㅎ
