I just went with the implants and I have no regrets. I think it would look very natural if I just used ear cartilage, and I wanted to pursue my own style so I got an ear cartilage septum, and it feels like I have a slightly long Pinocchio-like appearance, but I am very satisfied with it now!
The clinic is also kind and they are not a hospital that ignores side effects so I am satisfied.
