This is a review of my rhinoplasty.
The first picture is before the surgery, and the second picture is after a month.
I had a complex about my arrow nose since I was young, and I had surgery about 15 years ago. (I didn't know what kind of surgery it was because I was young, and I don't remember it well..)
It improved from the first surgery, but the long columella remained, so I still had a long nose + arrow nose shape.
(In fact, the columella was more prominent than before the surgery.)
I decided to have a revision surgery this time and searched for information on YouTube. The director of Cheotdanbutsuwon Hospital had the most detailed videos and had the type of surgery case I wanted, so I visited for a consultation. Above all, I chose the hospital because they specialize in noses! I wanted to improve only the shape of the tip of my nose without showing any signs of surgery, but during the visit, they caught exactly what I wanted, took a CT scan right away, and explained in detail the most realistic and possible surgical method, so I decided not to go to another hospital and get it done here.
I used a septum to reduce the columella and adjust the angle of the tip of my nose, and I am very, very satisfied because it turned out the way I wanted it to. Since the tip of my nose improved, my mouth looks less protruding from the side. For me, the most important thing was to look natural, but people around me don't know that I had rhinoplasty unless I tell them, and I often hear that I look younger. Many people also ask me to recommend a hospital for them.
(+ My nose was crooked when I saw the CT scan, so I also had septal deviation surgery, and now, after about a month, I can breathe much better than before.)
I was a little worried because the hospital I first consulted with did it right away, but I think I made a really good choice!
